The Grapes of Wrath is wel oké, maar het is toch jammer dat geen van de westerns van Ford meer in de lijst staat.

My Darling Clementine heeft te weinig stemmen, dat kan nog goed komen. The Man who Shot Liberty Valance en The Searchers bungelen er net buiten. Trouwens die laatste wil jij er niet in hebben gezien je stem ervoor lijkt me.

Ik denk niet dat je die films gaat waarderen...

Zoveel maakt dat systeem anders niet uit. Op MM staan meer recente films (na 2000) in de toplijst dan op IMDB terwijl daar een 2 jaar regeling geldt. Ik geloof dus niet zo in dat enorme zakken in die twee jaar. En of ze er nu meteen inkomen als ze boven de 150 stemmen zitten of twee jaar later veel verschil maakt het niet. Het laat hooguit nog de schijn bestaan dat op mm de klassiekers niet massaal uit de toplijst aan het donderen zijn.

Ik denk ook niet dat Onderhond zo naïef is om anders te denken

Slumdog Millionaire en The Curious Case of Benjamin Button zijn films om in de gaten te houden. Beiden op imDb hoog binnen in de top 250. Gran Torino, Låt den rätte komma in en Milk doen het ook erg goed met hun top 250 notering.

Allemaal films die in Nederland nog niet eens uit zijn.

The Wrestler ben ik dan nog vergeten.

The Dark knight is zowiezo een van de meest overrated film van de laaste jaren

Jaws is tog wel een overgewaardeerde buitenbeetje in het lijstje.

Waarom staat Trainspotting niet bovenaan?

ik vond in de lijst van 2008 Hancock echt te hoog staan, viel me zwaar tegen

Valt mij ook tegen en ik wist niet dat bepaalde films uit 2007 ook genomineerd konden worden, anders had ik nog wel een top 10 kunnen samenstellen met Izgnanie en Ben X bijvoorbeeld. Van die eerste ben ik trouwens wel blij dat ie op plaats 76 staat, ook al zijn er slechts 15 users die 'm in hun top 10 hadden opgenomen. De film heeft minder dan 100 stemmen, dus een aardige prestatie. Niet al te veel verrassingen bovenin en dus een hoog niet-verder-kijken-dan-de-neus-lang gehalte.

wat denk je zelf

Wil niet vervelend doen, maar de top 100, gebruikers in de leeftijd 60+ gaat maar tot 18.

Ik denk dat jij een hele snelle manier hebt.

Zo te zien hebben de gebruikers in de leeftijd 20-30 het grootste aandeel als ik die lijst vergelijk met de top 250 komt ie aardig overeen.

Twilight scoort bij de vrouwen wel gigantisch beter dan bij de mannen schijnbaar. Hij staat hier op nummer 8 in de vrouwen top 100 met een gemiddelde van 4,28. De film zelf heeft 'maar' een gemiddelde van 3,76. Best een groot contrast. Er zullen nog wel van dergelijke voorbeelden in zitten, maar deze viel me al snel op.

Is ook best wel een chickflick. Bij de vrouwen zit ook het meeste verschil volgens mij. Met als 1 van de weinige een andere nummer 1.
